Brighter Times RP | Official Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By completing a transaction at brightertimesrp.tebex.io, you ("the Buyer") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service, the Tebex Terms and Conditions, and the Cfx.re Platform License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not proceed with any purchase.

2. Nature of Digital Goods & Assets
All products sold (including VIP tiers, queue priority, scripts, vehicle access, and cosmetics) are Digital Entitlements for use exclusively within the Brighter Times RP environment.
  • No Ownership: Purchases grant a limited, revocable license for in-game use. No transfer of Intellectual Property (IP) occurs.
  • No Real-World Value: Virtual assets and currencies have zero monetary value and cannot be traded, sold, or "cashed out" for real-world currency.
  • Immediate Delivery: Assets are accessible immediately upon purchase or following minor technical implementation.

3. No-Refund & Chargeback Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of digital delivery, we do not offer refunds, returns, or credits for any reason.
  • Scope: This policy applies regardless of server wipes, asset retirement, rule changes, or player disciplinary actions (kicks/bans).
  • Dispute Warning: Initiating a chargeback or "friendly fraud" dispute via your bank or PayPal is a violation of these terms. Such actions will result in an immediate and permanent blacklist from our services and potentially all Tebex-affiliated stores.

4. Buyer Responsibility & Compatibility
  • System Requirements: It is the Buyer’s responsibility to ensure their hardware meets the requirements to run FiveM and the Brighter Times RP server.
  • Asset Optimization: Any custom assets provided by the Buyer (e.g., 1-of-1 vehicles) must be lore-friendly and optimized for server performance. We reserve the right to refuse or remove unoptimized or non-compliant assets without a refund.
  • Account Accuracy: Purchases are tied to the FiveM/Tebex identifier provided at checkout. We are not responsible for purchases made on incorrect accounts.

5. Exchanges & Revisions
  • Exchanges: Requests for asset exchanges must be submitted via Discord ticket within 24 hours of delivery and are subject to Approval by the Server Director.
  • Revisions: Technical revisions to custom assets may be requested within 72 hours of delivery. No requests will be honored after this window.

6. Subscriptions & Recurring Billing  
  • Management: All subscriptions are managed by the Buyer via the Tebex Payment History Portal.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle the Buyer to a refund for the current billing cycle.

7. Fair Play & Server Enforcement
  • No Immunity: Purchase of any tier or asset does not exempt a player from server rules. Moderation actions taken against a Buyer for rule violations do not entitle them to compensation or refunds.
  • No Pay-to-Win: In compliance with Cfx.re standards, all perks are cosmetic, quality-of-life, or access-based and do not provide unfair competitive gameplay advantages.

8. Service Availability & Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, replace, or retire any in-game asset or package at any time to maintain server balance, performance, or legal compliance. Temporary outages or server maintenance do not constitute grounds for a refund.
